At Curious Steps, Daily Outdoor Exploration is an Essential part of our Program… Rain or Shine!

At Curious Steps Childcare & Early Learning Center, we give children the opportunity to truly interact with the environment and learn to care for their surroundings.

We love to grow fruit, flowers, veggies and herbs in our Curious Steps Garden.

Gardening gives children the opportunity to experience where food and flowers come from. Children get to help plant seeds, water the plants, pull weeds, observe insects & pollinators and harvest what they helped to grow!

Experts agree that children need plenty of opportunities for fresh air and physical exercise every day, regardless of the weather!

Daily outdoor time is an essential part of the Curious Steps Program. Whether they’re climbing up our awesome play structure, digging in the sand box, playing make believe in a playhouse or splashing in a water table, there are plenty of outdoor activities for each age group to enjoy.

We also bring meals, arts and crafts and circle time outside when weather permits!
